TRI PLUS GRUPA is a proptech company focusing on IoT and Smart Home systems. Since 2010. company is developing and deploying various smart home and building systems based on its own IoT platform.
Some of our award winning products are deployed in hundreds of thousands of homes,
within 100+ countries around the world.
Our research and development, as well as our customer support services are our strongest areas of expertise, but we enjoy improving our skills even further.

Creation of Zipato® brand and first Zipato®controllers
2010
Zipato® Zipabox1 controller was launched
2013
Innovation of the year Award at CES (awarded to the ‘Zipatile Touch Panel Controller’)
2017
Zipatile2 and Zipabox2 were launched taking Zipato® systems to the next level
2019
SmartRent (a key partner who had focussed on integrated smart home tech to the global real estate industry) acquired TRI PLUS GRUPA
2020
SmartRent has become a publicly traded company on the NYSE after merging with Fifth Wall Acquisition Corp. in a 2.2B US deal
